Do AI Credits Expire?Your store has two kinds of AI Credits. Monthly AI Credits come with your plan and reset every month, so any you don't use are lost at the reset. Topped-up credits (credits you buy) have no expiry date and stay in your balance until you use them. Monthly credits are always used first.How to Buy AI CreditsAI Credits pay for the AI features in your dashboard, such as writing product descriptions with AI. Your plan includes a set of Monthly AI Credits that refresh every month. If you run low, top up any time: 50 credits for $ 1.00.How to Cancel Your PlanCancelling stops your plan from renewing. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. Until then you can change your mind and resubscribe at no extra charge. After that date your store is suspended and goes offline until you buy a plan again.How to Choose a Prosperna PlanProsperna has three paid plans: Launch, Grow and Scale. Every new store starts on a 14-day Premium Trial with Scale features, so you can try everything before you pay. You pay only the difference for the rest of your current billing period. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your billing period, so you keep your current plan until then and aren't charged anything when you schedule it.How to View and Download Your InvoicesEvery charge for your Prosperna plan, add-ons, AI Credits and Shipping Credits gets an invoice. On the Invoices tab you can see them all, check their status, open the full invoice, download it as a PDF, and pay one that is still pending.What Happens When Your Free Trial EndsEvery new Prosperna store starts with a 14-day Premium Trial that includes Scale features. If you don't subscribe to a paid plan before it ends, your account is suspended: the dashboard is locked and your online store goes offline. Subscribe to any plan to unlock everything again.
