Discounts, announcements, abandoned carts, contacts, email and blogs.
How to Create a DiscountOn the Discounts page you create promo codes that customers type at checkout, or automatic discounts that apply on their own. A discount can take an amount off, take a percentage off, or give free shipping. You choose which products, store locations and customers it covers, a minimum order, a usage limit and the dates it runs. How to Email Your ContactsYou can email one contact or many contacts at once from Contacts. Emails are sent from your own Gmail address through your store email. Each contact gets their own copy, and merge fields such as First Name are filled in for each person. You can send up to 500 emails every 24 hours. How to Manage Your ContactsContacts is your customer list. Customers are added automatically when they create an account in your online store, check out as a guest or send your Contact Us form. You can also add contacts yourself. For each contact you can see their details, tags, orders and the emails and SMS you've sent them, and you can export your list as a CSV file. How to Plan Content with the Marketing CalendarThe Content Calendar is a monthly planner for your marketing. You add an entry on a date with a topic, a channel (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Email or Blog), a format and a short description. You can then move entries around as your plans change. It's for planning only: it doesn't post or send anything for you.How to Post Store AnnouncementsAnnouncements puts a message on your online store. You can have one Floating Bar (a strip at the top or bottom of the page) and one Popup (a box in the middle of the screen or sliding in from a corner). A Popup can also include a sign-up form that adds visitors to your contacts. You choose which pages show each one, and when it appears. How to Recover Abandoned CartsThe Abandoned Carts page lists registered customers who added items to their cart but didn't check out. You can email any of them a reminder, with or without a discount, right away or at a time you choose. You can also turn on automated reminders, which email idle carts every day at a set time. How to Review Senior Citizen and PWD IDsWhen a customer sends their Senior Citizen or PWD ID to your store, it waits for you in Contacts. You look at the photos, correct the details if needed, and approve the ID or tag it as not approved. Only approved customers get the discount at checkout. How to Set Up the Senior Citizen and PWD DiscountThe Senior/PWD Discount is a free add-on for Philippine stores. Turn it on, choose which products it covers and how the 20% is counted, and approved customers get 20% off plus VAT exemption automatically at checkout. How to Set Up Your Store EmailYour store email connects a Gmail account to Prosperna so you can email customers from your own address. Prosperna uses it when you email your contacts and when you send abandoned-cart reminders. You connect it by signing in with Google, so there is no password or app password to type and nothing for Prosperna to store. How to Write Blog PostsBlogs lets you write articles for your online store, such as news, guides and product stories, to promote your brand and help shoppers find you on search engines.
